We accept return orders, and here is our return policy:
The buyer must inform the seller within 7 days after receiving the item.
The buyer will be responsible for return fees.
Upon receipt of the item by the seller.
The seller should confirm and inform the buyer that the correct item has been returned.
Refund will be processed using the original payment method and will take up to 1–3 business days.
Lost Parcel:
If you paid the insurance option and the courier confirmed a lost parcel. We will fully refund your whole transaction with no action or documentation required on your side.
Remarks: The refund transmission time will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution.
